Everything on this site is general information. It is not tailored to you, it does not take account of your circumstances, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or from the organisation actually responsible for a programme, product or rule we describe.
No guarantee of outcome
Where we describe a process, an entitlement or a way of saving money, we are describing how it generally works – not promising a result. Eligibility, amounts, deadlines and terms vary by provider, by location and over time, and the decision always rests with the body operating the scheme.
What we do not cover
We deliberately stay out of some subjects, including: legal advice on disputing a denied claim, or anything framed as what a reader is entitled to; ranking or endorsing specific insurers as a financial recommendation; stating a specific state’s legal minimum limits as current fact – describe the concept, not the number; quoting premium figures as if they applied to the reader; rates are individual; medical or injury advice following a collision. If you see something on this site that strays into them, please tell us.
